Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Our handling time includes order verification, preparation, packaging, and shipment arrangements.

Processing times may occasionally vary due to order volume, product availability, payment verification, weekends, public holidays, or unforeseen operational circumstances. Business days generally exclude weekends and applicable holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated shipping transit time begins.

Shipping Charges

The standard shipping fee for eligible orders shipped within the United States is $4.99 USD. Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. If Beautyfuul offers free shipping, promotional shipping rates, or other shipping discounts, the applicable terms will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Please carefully verify your full name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, ZIP code, and any other information required for delivery.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@beautyfuul.com. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with address corrections before shipment. However, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been processed or shipped. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package needs to be reshipped because of incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, subject to applicable law.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided by email after your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after the package enters the shipping network. Delays

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, contact support@beautyfuul.com with your order number, shipping address, tracking information (if available), and a brief description of the issue. We will review the delivery information and make reasonable efforts to resolve the situation. Any resolution depends on the circumstances, carrier information, and applicable consumer protection laws.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact support@beautyfuul.com as soon as reasonably possible, within 7 days of delivery where practical. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review your request and explain the available resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is necessary, subject to applicable law. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, please contact support@beautyfuul.com so we can review the available options.

No Guarantee of Delivery Dates

All processing and delivery timeframes are estimates and should not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery dates. Beautyfuul will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders and assist customers when shipping issues arise. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
